thanks Uny ..thats what I needed to know ..I appreciate Waters post but I dont think he understood what I was talking about

I will try adding the charcoal and see how that goes

I have went all day with only one dose of IF#2 cause I ran out except for what I had in the freezer

I really feel it too ...started feeling irritable and bitchy to say the least !! I have just been crabby the past few hours

funny how the detox thing works on some people ..me especially .. I hate being crabby like that

sure shows how much that IF#2 can help with all that

off to take me a dose right now !
