It is not true for everyone. Some can do ok with carb but I am sick when I eat them. I make no progress while eating grain and I go worse quickly.

One thing I've notice is that if I eat carb and take antifungals die-off is terrible and continuous. If I don't eat carb die-off is bearable and mellow down over time. It is impossible for me to take antifungals with carbs. I'll be terribly sick (brain fog, bloating, dizziness, ...).

Most specialist I met told me there is different levels of candidiasis. If your candidiasis is in the small bowel you will do very bad with carb.

Some patient do well with buckwheat or brown rice other do not. You have test yourself.

Upon seeing my case, Trowbridge, Galland, and Patel told me to go without carb. They have seen this carb reactivity in several patient.

I think that if you react well to carb and make progress you should eat carb without any problem.
