I agree with you but the point is 0 carbohydrate diet isn't going to eliminate candida. If it were the solution, I will do it even if I have to pay the highest price. But, candida will feed with anything. IMO, some low glycemic index carbohydrates don't make any difference. In fact, most, if not all candida diet I have been across allow some kind of carbohydrates such as brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat, millet, sweet potatoes, yams, etc. Even the best book written about candida list carbohydrates as part of the diet. So, honestly, I don't know who has created this idea people need to be only eating vegetables and proteins to have success. Remi 96, who has written here, eat buckwheat and is symptoms free according to her. I have been 4 or 5 straight days only eating vegetables and proteins and don't see any difference. Yes, until less food you give candida is better, but think our immune system, brain, cells, digestive system need Sugar in any form.
