whoops, i meant organic ginger snaps candy.though i am eating one now and it's not really doing anything..maybe i'll try five of them.

i was gonna use altoids, but i remember that ginger was better for me.
Yup, gonna take the big plunge tonight and go for it.i been trying to figure out a good day to do it.also wanted to do as much research as i possibly could just to be on the safe side, really exicted about it.

so the doses of ES are four five hours before the OO/GF drink right?
