I wonder about gluten sensitivity (and many allergies generally) and sort of go with the working hypothesis that allergies may be caused by poor bile flow.

Apparently bile supplementation has helped Psoriasis people and I do have a jar of ox bile pills that I may try at some stage but my on going goal is to improve my own bile flow.

So, just another 2000 or so stones to go :-)
