Thanks! I shall get in touch with you again later. That it is a marathon rather than a race is a great statement. My biggest mistake was to start Iodine without taking the companion supplements. Owie.

I actually have a bottle of raw adrenal glandular (350 mg bovine) stored away and unopened. I'm thinking of trying it for a week after I've resumed the Iodine and supps. Another thing I want to research for COPD relief is nebulization of iodine, so that it can get onto my lungs directly.

I'm not sure of the taste of zinc. I resumed all the supps today and have not noticed a change in taste in my mouth or food.

I will check out those groups too. Thank you very much!
