I don't know 'for sure', but since plastic bags are not completely airtight, I would suspect the Bentonite & charcoal will be less effective. The IF#2 would likely still be very effective to cleanse junk off the colon, but as something that's going to pull toxins to itself, I'd say 'not so much'. If you're going to use it, I'd say to add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of activated charcoal powder to each dose to make sure it's got good adsorption happening.
By the way (for everyone), the whole "rancid flaxseed thing" has been VERY overplayed on the net. People say flaxseeds 'go rancid' within hours of being ground. They do NOT 'go rancid'...but just like any other seed or grain, they start oxidizing as soon as they're cut into.
Truly rancid flax seed/oil smells very similar to skunk.
Just fyi, I keep a 1/2 gallon jar of IF#2 on my kitchen counter and even when it's hot over the summer months, I've never had the smallest reaction or problem with it. (btw, the herbs/mixes we offer are kept away from sunlight/heat in airtight containers near the a/c set at 66-68 degrees :)
Blessings,
Uny
