I have a 30 day supply of IF#2 that has been stored in the freezer for a few months and was wondering if it is still ok to use ?

I am about to run out of my other most recent stash which was stored in a canning jar in the freezer ..it had whole flaxseed in it

it is in its original baggy that it came in

not really concerned about the ground flaxseed in it cause its been in the freezer but what about the charcoal in it ? wouldnt it pick up an odor or too and then become ineffective due to that ? how bout the Bentonite ?

I know I should have put it in a glass jar or something and I am kicking myself for not doing so but I kinda just stuck it in there and forgot about it till here recently
