Take lots of probiotics.
Diet change to raw omnivore / raw paleo diet
Choose high fat... low protein to take care of kidneys.
Eat lots of raw bone marrow, raw live back fat... raw animal fats will be easier on kidneys. Raw fish fatty sashimi too.

Stress on raw.

You want the kidney pain to go away.

Don't drink plain water. That is hard on kidneys. Take coconuts, take water melons, coconut meat too.
