I am no expert, can only share what I've learned so far. Perhaps you need to check whether you have any exposure to environmental toxins, such as heavy metal/ other chemicals. Common case is mercury from Amalgam fillings. Other possibility is infection (like root canals). All those toxins are really hard on your total body and immune system, and cause various troubles (like candida, allergy, fatigue, etc.) But if you try to tackle the symptoms one by one is like running in circles. If possible, try to rule out other possible issues & pin down which is the major cause for your illness. Then you can figure out how to sort it out.
