I am drinking water, teas, electrolyte replacements (EmergenC), some broths which have sodium.
I am also eating regularly.
But now i am starting to get a distantly familiar pressure kind of feeling at the base of my neck, and a little throb on the left side of my head, with a small bit of visual aura/wavering.... I haven't had a migraine in about 4 years, but this is how I remember them starting. So I am thinking migraine. I plan to crash on the sofa and hope that staves it off.
any other suggestions would be appreciated.
