I have concluded I have candida as I have recently had a few occasions of thrush with soreness and swelling in my mouth and tongue. Sometimes it seems to be brought on by over-exertion, other times just spontaneous. Also, I recently got rid of persistent athlete's foot, this time using Desenex ointment for a month. Did I read that athlete's foot is also related to candida?

I understand that 2-4 0z. of CS morning and night for a couple of days will rid one of candida. Is it important to swish each dose in one's mouth as usual, or for these larger quantities just swig it down?
