Die off for me consisted mainly of extreme grogginess/drowsiness, almost like I had been drugged. Like "brain fog Xtreme."

As for other symptoms, they were basically similar to candida overgrowth symptoms. Although the drowsiness and drugged-up brain fog feeling was far and away the most noticeable.
