I've been doing the antifungal thing for going on six months now. You name it: GSE, Colloidal Silver , oil of oregano, cat's claw, goldenseal, neem, garlic oil, etc. I tried them all.

I got major die off at first, especially from oil of oregano (swallowed and taken under the tongue), but nowadays antifungals don't do much of anything for me. As I've posted before, Candex has been really the only supplement that's reliably made a noticeable difference in bringing my digestion back to normal. That's why I like the idea of raw oats having candida-eating enzymes in them that will hopefully eat the candida out of my digestive tract.
