I was reading a bit about Liver Flushes on past posts and I came across posts about the 5-day flush leading up to a "BIG Liver Flush" that resembles the Hulda Clark flush.

Question: if that is the big flush, what in the heck am I doing this for? What's the purpose of the 5-day liver flush? I was doing this thinking it was a longer, more thorough version, hoping it would do some good. If it's better just to do a 1 day OO (Olive-Oil) & grapefruit flush, I could have done that again.
