This is interesting. I bought some raw oat groats at the health food store on the way home from work today. I'm soaking them now.

I know my candida is flaring up again because I ate a good bit of 'forbidden' food over the weekend (a whole box of unsweetened IKEA oatmeal cookies and then went out for dumplings in Chinatown). Now my bowel movements are looking terrible. Will post back how the raw oats do me.
