Several of my family members have Hashimotos and Celiac. I have managed to avoid it with good vitamins and later added Ioderal. But I recently read that if you have Hashimotos you need to take 4-6 Ioderal's a day (the ones with 7.5mg of Iodide).

What do you think is a reasonable amount to take and how long should I take to ramp up to it. Also, are there other things I must take or avoid in accompaniment with the Ioderall?
