I personally cured my own self of seizures by taking one high potency B with C vitamin and a complete multivitamin 3 times a week. I made my discovery at the Mayo Clinic site, wnich described a little known condition called PDS,or Pyridoxine (Vitamin B -6) Dependency/Deficency Syndrome which if left untreated can bring on sudden seizures. The amount of B-6 needed by each person varies. However. I have been taking approximately 25 times the normal RDA of B-6 for several years now with no adverse affects. At the same time my sleep apnea likewise has disappeared. Also there are two types of PDS,one is present from birth and the worst of the two, while the other type can appear at any time due to low B-6 levels.
