I live in Canada so we probably have a different measurement for vitamin d levels. I was told mine is 50 and it is supposed to be at 150, so its a third of what its supposed to be.

I haven't done much supplementing of vit d as I was wondering what triggered this rls all of a sudden and it did come on when I started taking some d, but then I did other things too, so I'm still in the dark about it.
I'm supposed to have been taking 3000 iu vit d since january.

I am looking to get some 4 foot vitalite flourescent lights for the fall if I can't tolerate the vit d pills.
