hello doctor Lam or anyone who can answer this question,
I have searched all over and asked in other forums and have not seen any good answers.

I seem to be oversensitive to stimulants, I know b12 is not a stimulant, but I often have a difficult time breathing when I take b12, it does not take much, just a B complex sublingual is enough to trigger what seems to be an asthmatic episode. And it feels like I am not getting oxygen to my brain when this happens. I had my b12 tested , the number was in the upper 600 range, which my doctor said was fine. I would really like to know why this is happening. I do have Candida and hypoglycemia, not sure if this is also related.
