So, I was so excited to have found tinctures online that were made with grape alcohol that I ordered a few others that I wasn't originally in the market for. One is skullcap.

So, I'm curious about the dosage for:

Overall muscle tension?
Head pressure?
Back spasm?
Nervous stomach tension?

Also, "one dropper full" means the entire glass dropper full, not just what fills up when I squeeze and release the rubber tip and half of it fills up right? I seem to only be able to get it to fill up half way.
