Mum said that the nurse explained to her how it's important to sustain the nutrients in the blood so one can deal with chemo. Apparently, the nutrients in the blood can drop rapidly from the therapy. She's always been a healthy eater and doesn't stuff herself (she doesn't use white Sugar either, but had some honey instead).
