I will do a juice fast soon. I have never done a fast before. It's been recommended to me to do a juice fast. I will use a juicer and juice only organic fruits and vegetables.

Does anyone have any insights as to what I should expect? Any precautions I should take? Is 30 days too long for a first juice fast?
