In addition to what Feo said, you're supposed to take Iodine with the companion nutrients, like selenium, or yeah, it will damage your thyroid, as far as I know.

I can't tell if you were doing the companion nutrients by reading your posts.

You said:

And you also said:

Iodine also displaces other halogens that cause an increase in problems. That could be your problem too.
