Have you tried taking activated charcoal? Betaine hydrochloride and digestive enzymes with meals?

Do you have decay in your teeth? Sore gums or sore places in your mouth?

My guess it is going to take a program to improve digestion and your body's health to regain your health and stop producing the bad odor. Look at the programs on the Liver Flush Support Forum .

I can't comment on gluten overload but some people cannot tolerate gluten, there are many reasons for that.
