As I have posted in the other Candex thread, Candex works wonders for me in a few days with zero die off. Whereas oregano oil under the tongue gave me such die off that I almost fell asleep at work, Candex produces no such symptoms with me. As a matter of fact, Candex (combined with homemade kefir) is the first supplement that actually made a noticeable difference in the healthiness of my bowel movements.

So I would suggest to you that it is definitely worth trying. And it is not so expensive if you get it from Amazon. Swanson also has a good price on it, I believe.
