What would be the best, or your preferred, oil(s) to use as a base for the oregano oil? How long do you swish? (I read that at least 20 minutes is ideal.) And about how long would one follow this protocol in order to heal a very small cavity? To detoxify a cavitation? Is there any way to confirm that one has been successful in either of these efforts, besides going back to the dentist to get inspected? Thanks for any help!
