What would be the most preferable oil(s) to use as a base for the oregano oil? How long do you swish? I read that at least 20 minutes is ideal. About how long would one follow this protocol in order to heal a very small cavity? To detoxify a cavitation? And is there any way to confirm that one has been successful in either of these endeavors, besides going back to the dentist to get inspected? Thanks for any help!
