Hey there Whoatethecake,

Great work in getting this far and i strongly believe you're doing the right thing in drinking only to thirst.  Losing 10.5 pounds in 1 day is pretty amazing!  Really you don't hear that every day.  I'm happy you were provided with such good information regarding the gout issue and hopefully you will have no trouble with it.
