Hello all! I am so sorry for not logging on to this site for months but I have been busy. Hydrogen peroxide is harmful if not taken right. and you should get food grade hydrogen peroxide if you are to use it. the instruction is on the bottle. I have updated my routine, you dont need to use peroxide anymore if you have issues with it.
