131603,thanks for that link,very helpful and something I wouldnt have thought of,I have often had a drink with my meal and not realised it was so bad for digestion-this guy seems to be right into food combining,I will have to try that after my fast as I often have problems with digestion..this could be just the ticket to stave off gout for good!!
