I love wasas and I will miss them!

Pasta subs. Spaghetti... spaghetti squash.

I have made lasagna with cabbage instead of noodles- it's delicious.

My sister uses green beans in place of noodles. I'll have to try that:)

I just went to TJ's yesterday, did not see the tortillas, will make a mental note for next time. The one type of gluten-free bread they had was as heavy as a brick so I did not buy. I'd like to have something to compare our homemade stuff to...
