Found a way to describe the way I feel these days...
Lightheaded but heavy footed. I got that feeling on the way back home today. I haven't felt that way since starting the Lam program, and I guess now I can attribute the credit to them for helping me out of that feeling. As if I'm about to faint.

Does anyone know what this is, why it happens, and what I can do about it?
