TJ's also has brown rice tortillas. Good for reaction-free quesadillas. Those, Wasabrod (rye) and brown rice are my staple grains.

I do cheat at times when eating out but don't have as bad of a reaction as I used to. A bowl of pasta could keep me awake all night just sitting there in my stomach and making me feel miserable.
