I discovered the joys of living gluten-free at about the same time as you and I am floored at the difference it makes in my life.
I took Dr. Mercola's metabolic typing test (he calls is nutritional typing) and I got a lot of free information as a result. The test used to cost about $75 last year, now it's free, and it comes with a free e-cook book.
The info on gluten intolerance is amazing! In addition, it helps to know whether you should eat more or less protein for your body type.
I hope I can keep up with it because I love bread!
