One of the coolest things earthing is supposed to do is keep all EMF off of you, there are videos on youtube showing this.

I bought a $6 cable that plugs into a grounding outlet on one side, while having a metal clip on the other side. Touching your body to the metal is supposed to give the same affect as using one of those mats.

I'm not sure if it's doing anything as I don't have one of those devices that measures EMF, but I plan on buying one sometime and testing.
