thanks for the advice. The irony is I have tried a lot of different Digestive Enzymes. Some of them very expensive. Also have tried so many probiotics, multivitamins etc. BUT my bloating is so stubborn, it just wont go away.
I have been on very strict diet. My husband feels sad for me, because I cant eat normal foods. I eat very healthy foods.

I was very fat concious previously, and probably that is what causing all the problems. I went on crash diet and tried to eliminate fats in my diet as a teenager. Probably that has done a lot of damamge. I hope I can heal myself. I wish I had known back then, the dangers of dieting. I am 31 now and suffer from IBS, bloating etc. All my blood work say I am a healthy person, but I am definately not healthy.

One thing which I have not tried is HCL tablet. I will buy that and give it a try. Meanwhile, I'll prepare for my flush #2.
