Arnica topically works great too. My mom hurt her rib cage in a car accident and I gave her some Arnic Rub and she said withing 30 minutes, she could breath without pain. My daughter has Von Wilebrands and bruises like a peach, so we keep the Arnic Rub on the medicine cabinet and she keeps a bottle in her room. It really helps to speed up the healing process.
