Dear heart, I am SO sorry that you had this ugly experience. You were, indeed, raped which is defined by any coerced, forced sexua| contact. You felt that you had no other option.

Blue Rose provided the hotline and website - use them so that this terrible crime doesn't end up defining who you are for the rest of your life. In this, remedies are available, legally and otherwise. Here are the facts of your experience:
* you WERE raped
* you WERE set up
* your sister was an accomplice to the crime

Was your sister always violent, or did she suddenly become a violent person after she started dating Prince Charming? If the latter is true, she was quite probably involved with a person that fits the profile of an abusive sociopath. If the former is true, then your sister may fit the profile - either way, your trust was shattered and your ability to make choices was taken away from you by some very bad people.

The rapist was likely goaded into acting out the crime of rape by the ringleader which might explain his talking about a former girlfriend - he was literally working himself into following through with the crime.

In your case, there are several people invovled in the setup, and each one of them should be held criminally accountable so that other women don't suffer the same humiliation and degredation. That this appears to have been a "group effort" is even more frightening simply because one person came up with the idea and was able to convince a group of people to participate in a crime.

May you find your healing path, my dear, and do whatever you need to put closure on this crime so that you'll never be deliberately victimized, again. Brightest blessings to you on your healing journey.
