Thanks to everyone who responded to my post. I am studying your responses and may have more questions later. The only response I have noticed to the increased Iodoral in the six days I have been on it is a slight darkening of the eyebrows... except for a sense of being more relaxed, less stressed. Has anyone noticed feeling less stressed when they started or increased Iodine amount? The comment that I was already on enough Iodine at 50 mg to know that more Iodine was not going to shrink the goiter makes sense. Obviously I have a lot of reading to do. Is it a bad idea to go ahead with thyroid panel while I am on 100 mg of iodine or should I wait the month that Dr. F suggested, then go off and a do the panel? Could the iodine somehow mess up he test or mask what my true situation is?
