Well said WEIL. Many make the false assumption that UpH must have a high reading when in fact this is not the goal. A high SpH is desirable if it is the outcome of remineralizing through food or supplements
For those with a highly acidic body a high SpH and a low UpH
must be maintained until remineralization takes place and then both readings will naturally level off for the desired balance a healthy body requires.
