Have you tried lower ug amounts of Iodide (although many say 150ug is way too low, it IS the RDA and has been proven to reduce goiters)? Have you checked your thyroid hormone levels?

I am noticing an increase in goiter related problems with high dose iodine/iodide. Do you have a multinodual goiter?
