I just ate a quarter of a jar of peanut butter : D

I'm trying to eat mostly greens, fruit and proteins so peanut butter seemed to make so much sense, execept it didn't shut up the cravings and never has and now I know why.


Thanks for all your tips and the info on Candida die off in vaginal discharges. I thought that's what it was.
