Soleray makes a good safe, afordable and effective herbal combo, valerian based and I found an effective, safe amino acid combo called "Anxiety Control" found on this site:

I also found L'Tryptophan helpful. I found those products worked great for me until my AF became out of control. Eventually things got so bad I had to go to Klonopin and it was a godsend. I am feeling better these days and have been able to cut back the klonopin; I hope I can get well and quit it. Vitamin D has helped calm me too. I have to go to bed early. Good luck and God bless!
