I'm having a look around at what literature is out there that we can link to at the top of this forum, and also to use as a guide on this relatively obscure form of "fasting".

I've found one guy that seems to be a bit of a guru. His name is Bruce Fife and he's published a few books on coconuts, including "Coconut Water for Health and Healing" and "Coconut Cures":
