H.A. Coincidentally, I have been doing a little searching on st. john's wort. I don't have time to find the link right now, but do a google search on these words: "st. john's wort unyquity p450" without the quotes. I have MCS(multiple chemical sensitiviey) and what I have read makes me believe it should help that. I was lucky to already have some tincture made but had not put it into dropper bottles so I started back on that today.

I should have explained that the p450 is for cytochrome p450. It is an enzyme. I'm planning on reading more to find out exactly how that works.

If I run into any more info, I will post it. It looks like you have two good replies to your post.
