Hi Texas, I too had some uncontrollable cravings for cheese this week, after my flush from last saturday. Grzbear's suggestion was to incorporate some healthy plant oils into my diet, and that might help satify those fat cravings. I picked up a bottle of flax oil yesterday and plan to have a spoonful tonight with dinner.
