Hi, I don't know how good a tubal is (other than my Mom had one when I was a kid and it worked for her!) However, just wanted to let you know that loose bowels were one of my big problems with Mirena, and actually the first thing to go wrong before so many other problems popped up. Mirena could certainly be affecting you this way. I am nearing two-years post-removal, and for the last year, my digestion has slowly gotten more normal. So it may take awhile after removal to feel better, but chances are you'll get there! Good luck!
