I think you are right on the mark. Along with the fact that he needs to tend to his body a little better. I have been giving him b-complex, minerals, cod liver oil, bee pollen for the adrenal support and sprouts. I see a difference in 2 days. I think his body was crying out for proper nutrition.

I have 2 kids in college and 1 in a pricey prep school. He works 2 jobs to do this. I can't believe how much your advice struck a chord.

God works in mysterious ways and Wombat, we have a literal "internet connection".

I am going to book something and take him away in the next week or so. I think I need to get him more focused on doing things that he enjoys.

Thanks for all the help on this board. It really gave me a lot to think about.
