I am just starting treatment for adrenal fatigue, and I know healing will take time. But the symptom that's really intolerable for me right now is the inability to sleep through the night. Can any of you recommend a supplement that will help me to stay asleep more than 3 hours at a time? I'm sure there is an "insomnia" forum here but I thought the adrenal fatigue issue might make my case different. I have already tried melatonin & 5HTP. Thanks everyone for your input.
